Arrears Settlement Programs
(c) The Customer shall be obliged to pay the current consumption bills within the prescribed period.
(d) To reach a settlement agreement, Customers need to communicate with the Customer Service Department over the phone at 18128.
Specifically for Vulnerable Customers, ELPEDISON, according to the provisions of article 34 (3) of the Electricity Supply Code to Customers (Greek Official Gazette B 832/2013), as presently in force, offers the possibility of partial and interest-free repayment of their arrears, as follows:
(a) Monthly instalments shall not exceed 50% of the corresponding monthly expenditure for the electricity/natural gas of the Vulnerable Residential Tariff Customer.
(b) The first instalment must be paid within two days upon conclusion of the settlement.
(c) Customers shall be obliged to pay the current consumption bills within the prescribed period.
(d) To reach a settlement agreement, Customers need to communicate with the Customer Service Department over the phone at 18128.
