VI. How do we ensure the protection of your personal data?
In order to ensure the proper use and integrity of the personal data collected, as well as prevent unauthorized or random access, processing, deletion, distortion or other use thereof, our company implements different internal policies and procedures, while adopting all necessary organization, technical, physical, electronic and procedural safety measures, as well as technological standards, in accordance with the applicable Laws and Regulations.
 
VII. How long do we keep your personal data?
We keep your data for any period of time that the purposes, for which such data were collected, are still effective and, in any case, for a period no longer than five years upon termination or expiry of the contract, with the exception of a case of lis pendens or administrative procedure, in which case the data is kept until the issue of a final judgment or the completion of a procedure before the Administrative Authority competent for each specific case. The data in our files and system are consequently destroyed, in compliance with our corporate policy and under the condition that they are no longer required to be kept for the fulfilment of the purposes detailed to you above, or for meeting our business, tax or accounting requirements, or for defending our rights before all competent Courts or any other Authority.
We maintain your personal data in case you do not enter into a contract with us for a period of thirty (30) days.

As customers and as natural persons whose data are processed by us, according to the GDPR, you have the following rights, which can be exercised on a case-by-case basis and under the reservations of the applicable national legislation in general:

The above deadline may be extended for a period of two (2) additional months, due to the complexity or number of requests, in which case you will be informed of the extension and its reasons as soon as possible and at the latest within a month from the receipt of the request.

Σας καλωσορίζουμε στον επίσημο διαδικτυακό τόπο της ELPEDISON.

Κατωτέρω τίθενται υπόψη σας οι όροι και προϋποθέσεις χρήσης για την πρόσβαση και χρήση των ιστοσελίδων μας, τους οποίους κάθε επισκέπτης/χρήστης οφείλει να μελετήσει προσεκτικά και σε περίπτωση διαφωνίας να απέχει από οποιαδήποτε χρήση τους. Η χρήση των ιστοσελίδων μας δηλώνει ρητή και ανεπιφύλακτη αποδοχή των όρων χρήσης από τον επισκέπτη/χρήστη, οι οποίοι ισχύουν για το σύνολο του περιεχομένου των ιστοσελίδων μας.

Οι παρόντες όροι χρήσης δύνανται να ανανεώνονται και να τροποποιούνται από την ELPEDISON ολικά ή μερικά, όποτε αυτό κρίνεται αναγκαίο, για την πληρέστερη ενημέρωση του επισκέπτη/χρήστη, πάντοτε στα πλαίσια της καλής πίστης και των συναλλακτικών ηθών και ο επισκέπτης/χρήστης οφείλει να ελέγχει κάθε φορά για ενδεχόμενες τροποποιήσεις, σύμφωνα με την παρούσα. Δικαίωμα χρήσης των ιστοσελίδων της ELPEDISON έχουν όσοι έχουν πλήρη δικαιοπρακτική ικανότητα. Η χρήση της Ιστοσελίδας από ανηλίκους επιτρέπεται μόνον με τη ρητή συγκατάθεση των ενηλίκων που ασκούν την επιμέλειά τους. Η ELPEDISON δεν ευθύνεται για οποιαδήποτε χρήση από χρήστες/επισκέπτες που δεν πληρούν τις παραπάνω ιδιότητες.

1. Δηλώσεις της ELPEDISON

1.1. Με την επιφύλαξη σφαλμάτων που οφείλονται σε ανωτέρα βία, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των τεχνικών προβλημάτων στο σύστημα, η ELPEDISON δηλώνει ότι καταβάλει κάθε δυνατή προσπάθεια για την εξασφάλιση της εγκυρότητας και ακρίβειας των πληροφοριών που περιλαμβάνονται στις ιστοσελίδες της, προκειμένου οι επισκέπτες/χρήστες να σχηματίζουν κατά το δυνατόν πλήρη εικόνα για τα προσφερόμενα προϊόντα και τις υπηρεσίες της ELPEDISON.

1.2. Οι πληροφορίες και το περιεχόμενο των ιστοσελίδων της ELPEDISON ενδέχεται να μην είναι πάντοτε πλήρως ενημερωμένα συνεπώς διατίθενται ως έχουν χωρίς οποιαδήποτε εγγύηση, εκπεφρασμένη ή συνεπαγόμενη και δεν αποτελούν σε καμία περίπτωση, άμεσα ή έμμεσα, παρότρυνση, συμβουλή ή προτροπή για τη διενέργεια οποιασδήποτε πράξης, αλλά ο επισκέπτης/χρήστης καλείται να τα αξιολογήσει ατομικά και να ενεργήσει κατά την κρίση και τη διακριτική του ευχέρεια, αποκλειόμενης κάθε ευθύνης της ELPEDISON.

2. Δηλώσεις – Υποχρεώσεις του επισκέπτη/χρήστη

2.1 Ο επισκέπτης/ χρήστης των ιστοσελίδων της ELPEDISON ευθύνεται αποκλειστικά για τυχόν καταχώρηση προσωπικών δεδομένων τρίτων προσώπων στις ιστοσελίδες χωρίς σχετική εξουσιοδότηση / συγκατάθεση, καθώς και για την υποβολή ψευδών, αναληθών ή ανακριβών στοιχείων και δεδομένων με σκοπό την εξαπάτηση ή παραπλάνηση.

2.2 Ο επισκέπτης/χρήστης δηλώνει υπεύθυνα ότι δεν πρόκειται να χρησιμοποιήσει τις ιστοσελίδες της ELPEDISON για αποστολή, δημοσίευση, ή μετάδοση ή διάθεση με άλλους τρόπους περιεχομένου που μπορεί να είναι παράνομο, απειλητικό, ενοχλητικό, άσεμνο, ή να εκφράζει εμπάθεια, φυλετικές, ή άλλες διακρίσεις, να παραβιάζει οποιαδήποτε ευρεσιτεχνία, εμπορικό σήμα, πνευματικά δικαιώματα ή άλλα ιδιοκτησιακά δικαιώματα τρίτων, να περιέχει ιούς λογισμικού ή οποιουσδήποτε άλλους κώδικες, αρχεία ή προγράμματα, που έχουν σχεδιαστεί με σκοπό την πρόκληση βλάβης, την καταστροφή ή παρεμπόδιση της λειτουργίας οποιουδήποτε λογισμικού ή υλικού υπολογιστών, ηθελημένα ή αθέλητα και εν γένει να παραβαίνει την ισχύουσα ελληνική και κοινοτική νομοθεσία. Για οιαδήποτε ζημία προκληθεί στην ELPEDISON, από την κατά τα ανωτέρω κακή ή αθέμιτη χρήση των σχετικών υπηρεσιών από τον επισκέπτη/χρήστη, αποκλειστική ευθύνη φέρει ο χρήστης.

3. Δήλωση Αποποίησης Ευθύνης

3.1. Η ELPEDISON σε καμία περίπτωση και υπό οποιεσδήποτε συνθήκες, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της αμέλειας δεν ευθύνεται για τυχόν απαιτήσεις νομικής φύσεως ή για οιαδήποτε άμεση ή έμμεση ζημία ή δαπάνες, οι οποίες μπορεί να προκύψουν από τη λειτουργία ή μη, την πρόσβαση, τη χρήση ή την πλοήγηση στις ιστοσελίδες της ή από τη φόρτωση (download) υλικού, κειμένου, και λοιπών δεδομένων που περιλαμβάνονται σε αυτές, συμπεριλαμβανομένων ενδεικτικά τυχόν ζημιών που προκλήθηκαν από ιούς (viruses), λάθη στο πρόγραμμα (bugs), από ανθρώπινο παράγοντα, από οποιοδήποτε σύστημα ή εξάρτημα υπολογιστών, (hardware), λογισμικό (software), δυσλειτουργία προγράμματος ή οποιοδήποτε άλλο λάθος, παράλειψη ή καθυστέρηση στη μετάδοση από τον υπολογιστή ή από τη σύνδεση δικτύου.

3.2. Η ELPEDISON θα ενεργεί καθετί απαραίτητο για την καλή λειτουργία του διαδικτυακού της τόπου, χωρίς όμως να εγγυάται ότι η λειτουργία του θα είναι συνεχής, χωρίς σφάλματα ή άλλου είδους τεχνικά προβλήματα. Η ELPEDISON δεν φέρει οιαδήποτε ευθύνη για τυχόν καταστροφές, οι οποίες μπορεί να προκληθούν από την πρόσβαση και χρήση των ιστοσελίδων της εταιρείας.

4. Δικαιώματα πνευματικής και βιομηχανικής ιδιοκτησίας

4.1. Όλα τα στοιχεία, οι πληροφορίες και τα δεδομένα που περιλαμβάνονται στις ιστοσελίδες της ELPEDISON, συμπεριλαμβανομένων ενδεικτικά των εικόνων, φωτογραφιών, κειμένων, σχεδιαγραμμάτων, παρεχόμενων υπηρεσιών και γενικά κάθε είδους αρχείων σε σχέση με τα προσφερόμενα προϊόντα, αποτελούν πνευματική ιδιοκτησία της ELPEDISON και προστατεύονται από τις σχετικές νομοθετικές διατάξεις του ευρωπαϊκού και ελληνικού δικαίου περί πνευματικής ιδιοκτησίας.

4.2. Τα ονόματα που δίνονται στα προϊόντα της ELPEDISON, τα λογότυπα και διακριτικά γνωρίσματα που περιλαμβάνονται σε αυτά αποτελούν είτε κατοχυρωμένα σήματα είτε ιδιαίτερα διακριτικά γνωρίσματα των ιστοσελίδων της και των προσφερόμενων μέσω αυτής προϊόντων και προστατεύονται από τις σχετικές ελληνικές και κοινοτικές νομοθετικές διατάξεις περί εμπορικών σημάτων, βιομηχανικής και πνευματικής ιδιοκτησίας και αθέμιτου ανταγωνισμού.

4.3. Η πρόσβαση στα ανωτέρω στοιχεία και πληροφορίες μέσω των ιστοσελίδων δεν συνεπάγεται σε καμία περίπτωση μεταβίβαση ή εκχώρηση άδειας ή δικαιώματος χρήσης τους. Κάθε αντιγραφή, αναπαραγωγή, διανομή, μεταφορά, κατέβασμα αρχείων (downloading) ή άλλη χρήση του περιεχομένου των ιστοσελίδων με αποτέλεσμα, μεταξύ άλλων, την παραπλάνηση των επισκεπτών/χρηστών, απαγορεύεται ρητά, εκτός αν δοθεί ρητώς προηγούμενη γραπτή άδεια της ELPEDISON.

4.4. Κατ’ εξαίρεση και χωρίς αυτό να σημαίνει παραχώρηση δικαιωμάτων πνευματικής ιδιοκτησίας, επιτρέπεται η μεμονωμένη αποθήκευση και αντιγραφή των παρεχόμενων πληροφοριών για αυστηρά προσωπική χρήση, χωρίς πρόθεση εμπορικής ή άλλης εκμετάλλευσης, και με δεδομένο ότι δεν αλλοιώνεται η αναγραφή της πηγής προέλευσής τους.

5. Προστασία Προσωπικών Δεδομένων

Η προστασία των προσωπικών δεδομένων του επισκέπτη/χρήστη διέπεται από τον Γενικό Κανονισμό για την Προστασία των Προσωπικών Δεδομένων 2016/679/ΕΕ και εν γένει το ισχύον εθνικό και ευρωπαϊκό νομοθετικό και κανονιστικό πλαίσιο για την προστασία προσωπικών δεδομένων. 6. Εφαρμοστέο δίκαιο - Δωσιδικία

6.1. Οι παρόντες όροι χρήσης διέπονται από το Ελληνικό Δίκαιο.

6.2. Για την επίλυση κάθε διαφορά,ς που προκύπτει στα πλαίσια εφαρμογής των παρόντων όρων, αρμόδια δικαστήρια ορίζονται τα δικαστήρια των Αθηνών.

7. Λοιπές διατάξεις

7.1. Σε καμιά περίπτωση η παράλειψη ή καθυστέρηση της ELPEDISON να ασκήσει νόμιμα ή συμβατικά δικαιώματά της, που απορρέουν από τους παρόντες όρους χρήσης, δεν θα μπορεί να ερμηνευθεί ως παραίτηση από αυτά ούτε να θεωρηθεί ότι τα δικαιώματά της αυτά αποδυναμώνονται.

7.2. Οι ανωτέρω όροι συνομολογούνται όλοι ως ουσιώδεις και τροποποιούνται μόνο εγγράφως.

7.3. Η ακυρότητα ή η ακυρωσία ενός όρου δεν θα επιδρά κατά κανένα τρόπο στο κύρος των λοιπών όρων.
