Arrears Settlement Programs

ELPEDISON offers its Residential Tariff Customers the possibility of settling their arrears as follows:

(a) The framework of the settlement is determined on the basis of the total amount of the customer’s arrears.

(b) The first instalment must be paid within two days of the conclusion of the settlement.

(c) The Customer is obliged to pay the current consumption bills on time.

(d) To reach a settlement agreement, the Customer is required to communicate with the Customer Service Department at 18128 or 218 18 18128 option 9 (Local Rate Number) or use the contact form provided here.

Specifically for Vulnerable Customers, ELPEDISON, adhering to the provisions of article 34 (3) of the Electricity Supply Code to Customers (Greek Official Gazette B 832/2013) as presently in force, offers the possibility of partial and interest-free repayment of their arrears, as follows:

(a) Monthly instalments shall not exceed 50% of the corresponding monthly expenditure for the electricity/natural gas of the Vulnerable Residential Tariff Customer.

(b) The first instalment must be paid within two days of the conclusion of the settlement.

(c) The Customer is obliged to pay the current consumption bills on time.
