Large Businesses | Medium Voltage

ELPEDISON's ‘Energy’ product range addresses customers who are connected to Medium Voltage grid - agreed capacity between 250 kVA and 10 MVA - have a yearly energy consumption of up to 3.000.000 kWh per supply meter, with a Load Factor of up to 70%.

For the activation of the Electricity Supply Contract, a release of a guarantee will be required.

The time requested for the initiation of the supply is approximately one month after the signature of the relevant contract and is subject to the procedures of the Distribution System Operator.

The electricity bills are issued monthly and are payable within 15 days after their issuance, and in any case no later than the last calendar day of the month they were issued. All the bills can be paid through alternative payment methods, as it being explicitly described in the 'Customer Service/Alternative Payment Methods' section.

ELPEDISON fully undertakes all the administrative procedures, without any cost for you, in order to complete the supplier switching process.
