ELPEDISON present at the 3rd Renewable & Storage Forum
ELPEDISON was among the sponsors of the 3rd Renewable & Storage Forum, organized by energypress, which took place on October 13-14, at OTE Academy. ELPEDISON’s CEO, N. Zachariadis, participated in the main panel, with title “Who will undertake the cost of the energy transition”, as HAIP representative, along with other high executives of the energy sector. Mr. Zachariadis, highlighted, among others, the need for measures that will support CCGT investments, while he also supported that energy transition should be implemented through a smoother and more sustainable timeframe. ELPEDISON’s Energy Management Director, A. Petropouleas, also represented the Company at “PPAs - Structural, Technical & Financial issues” panel, pointing out the increased interest for bilateral contracts for the sale of green electricity in Europe.
