ELPEDISON has developed a specific Quality Policy that summarizes the Company's objectives on this issue, while we have been awarded Certification, based on the BS EN ISO 9001:2015 - Quality management system (QMS).

Within the framework of this Policy, ELPEDISON applies a Quality Management System for the products and the services related to the supply of electrical energy and natural gas.
