Theodora Papadimitriou

Dorina Papadimitriou is the International Business Activities & Financial Services Legal Division Director at Hellenic Petroleum Group, Advocate (Supreme Court level) and member of the Athens Bar Association.

She has graduated from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, School of Law, Bachelor of Laws and the University of Liverpool UK, Master of Laws (LLM) in International Business Law (Distinction).

She has served as a legal advisor from 1994 to 1998 at Public Petroleum Corporation and from 1998 onwards at Hellenic Petroleum SA.

Her working experience includes legal consulting and support of Hellenic Petroleum Group activities (upstream, midstream, downstream) both in Greece and overseas, such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures for hydrocarbons exploration and exploitation, pipeline transportation projects, marketing of hydrocarbons, infrastructure projects, and electricity projects (natural gas and renewable resources plants) as well as litigation services.

She also serves as a Board of Directors member in a number of Hellenic Petroleum Group subsidiaries.
