Suspension of Charges Adjustment Clause

ELPEDISON continues to stand responsibly by your side and harmonizes with the law on the suspension of the readjustment clause charge, with the aim of mitigating the economic consequences of the energy crisis. In accordance with the law (L. 4951/2022, Official Gazette A' 129/2022), we suspend the charging of the readjustment clause and apply the extraordinary transitional arrangements in the supply of electricity, in accordance with article 138.

Thus, every month ELPEDISON, as an energy supplier, will announce the supply charges for the following month.

In this way, our customers will be informed in time to choose, if they wish, any other supply invoice without the obligation to pay compensation due to early withdrawal. It is clarified that any early withdrawal clauses from fixed price price lists remain in effect.

The above is valid until December 31, 2023, unless further extended.
